1.1 The real Pavando bracelets are only available on the Website or at the Vincent Michel jewelry in Lausanne, Switzerland. Pavando does not guarantee the authenticity of bracelets bought anywhere else.
The perception of the product can be different, depending on the quality of your display. Therefore, we advise you to see the bracelets on different devices.
The warranty of the products is Worldwide and is only cancelled if the product is modified or repaired in other places than the Vincent Michel jewelry in Lausanne, Switzerland. These modifications may harm the quality and the brand of the Pavando products.
1.2 All intellectual property rights such as trademarks, trade names, designs and copyrights are reserved and are exclusively owned by Pavando.

2.1 Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs, including V.A.T.

ARTICLE 3 : COMPLETION OF PAYMENT AND SALE
3.1 Each sale is completed once Pavando has received the payment from the customer

4.1 Pavando does not receive and keep any banking information about the customers
ARTICLE 5 : WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
5.1 Pavando offers a three years warranty to all customers, if the product is used normally. If the customer is responsible for any damage, the warranty is canceled. However, Pavando can fix the damage but at the privileged customer’s costs.
5.2 You have seven working days to cancel your order for any item purchased from Pavando.com for a full refund, including shipping costs (if using our free returns system, if not we do not refund these costs). The seven working days starts from the day after you receive your order. During Christmas time, we accept a 15 days return policy counting from the 25th December if you bought something between the 1st and the 24th December. You will have to contact our customer service team using the contact form “return inquiries” detailing the issue and giving us your reference number, first name, last name, order number and your locality. We will then get in touch with you within hours.
Once your returned order has been received by our Pavando Customer Service and if it complies with our returns policy, we will refund the amount on your account by bank transfert. Please notify that refund can take up to 21 days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
