Pavando.com returns policy:

You have seven working days to cancel your order for any item purchased from Pavando.com for a full refund, including shipping costs (if using our free returns system, if not we do not refund these costs). The seven working days starts from the day after you receive your order. During Christmas time, we accept a 15 days return policy counting from the 25th December if you bought something between the 1st and the 24th December. You will have to contact our customer service team using the contact form “return inquiries” detailing the issue and giving us your reference number, first name, last name, order number and your locality. We will then get in touch with you within hours.

I returned my order. When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned order has been received by our Pavando Customer Service and if it complies with our returns policy, we will refund the amount on your account by bank transfert. Please notify that refund can take up to 21 days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

Where does Pavando.com ship to?

Pavando.com ships worldwide. We are based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

What are the shipping costs?

As all our customers are important to us, there are no shipping costs on Pavando.com.

What is the delivery time?

When we do receive an order, our jeweler will literally create your unique and exclusive Pavando bracelet, this is why we do not  have any stock. Due to that, our delivery time stands between one to three weeks (7 to 21 business days).

Can I track my order?

Yes you can track your order by following the link you will receive from our Customer Experience Representative.

Product Availability and Limitations

How do I know my Pavando bracelet will fit me?

We provide a sheet you can print on your product page or directly here. Simply print it and follow the instructions. To be totally sure about your size, we advise you to visit a local jewelry in your location and ask for your wrist size.

Do you sell your bracelets also in stores?

Yes, we do sell our bracelets in our studio, in Lausanne Switzerland. You can find us at Rue Cité Devant 8, 1005 Lausanne . If your are not located in Switzerland, you can order directly on this website by contacting us. If you see a Pavando product on another website, please contact us directly at support@pavando.com. We always have a gesture for people helping us out.

Why do you have a waiting list?

As our jeweler will create each bracelet piece by piece and as this processe takes approximately one week , it is possible that you will have to wait a few days or weeks to receive your Pavando bracelet. Should it happen, you will be informed about the waiting time.
